Sunny intervals will develop quickly in the West and Northwest, but these will be followed by heavy showers, some bringing hail and lightning.
Temperatures will reach highs of 10 to 13 degrees before turning significantly colder later in the day, reports Breaking News.
Tuesday night will remain unsettled with widespread showers and fresh to strong northwesterly winds.
Some showers may become wintry, particularly on higher ground, with temperatures dropping to between one and four degrees, reports Breaking News.
