The Pavilions shopping centre in Swords has been completely evacuated and the main street closed off due to a suspected bomb alert.
Gardai have not confirmed the reason for the evacuation or the street closure but a source told The Liberal that there is a “serious bomb threat” for the area.
Gardai evacuated the Pavilions and closed the main street in Swords with a bomb disposal unit immediately sent to the scene.
