Gardaí have wrapped up the current phase of their search at a site in County Wicklow linked to the disappearances and suspected murders of Jo Jo Dullard and Deirdre Jacob.
In a statement, they confirmed that the active excavation work at the open-ground quarry location—near the Wicklow/Kildare border—has now concluded. However, a further assessment and analysis of the site is continuing.
The families of both women have been kept fully informed of the latest developments.
The search operation, which began last week, focused on the remote quarry area as part of the long-running investigations into the cases. Jo Jo Dullard vanished in 1995, and Deirdre Jacob in 1998.
