Two boys aged 14 have been found guilty of the murder of schoolgirl Anastasia Kriegel this afternoon.
According to RTÉ News, Boy A and Boy B have been found guilty before a jury of their peers.
RTÉ News say Boy A has also been found guilty of aggravated sexual assault.
The verdict comes after Anastasia was tragically found dead at an abandoned farmhouse in Lucan, on May 17th 2018.
In a trial that lasted seven weeks a jury of eight men and four women found the boy’s who were 13-years-old at the time of Anastasia’s murder, guilty.
It is understood that the case has now been adjourned in order for victim impact statements and psychiatric reports to be prepared before sentencing.
