The number of Covid-19-related deaths in Italy has risen to a record-breaking 427 in the last 24 hours.
The official number of deaths now stands at almost 3,405 which has unbelievably surpassed the number of people recorded in China.
Italy remains the worst-hit country outside of China, followed closely by Spain. There is a complete lockdown on both countries with France very close to a full lockdown now also.
