It has been revealed in the past hour that Russian plane carrying between 70-100 people has disappeared from radar just minutes after take-off from the Black Sea resort of Sochi.
According to Russian media the emergency ministry has the missing aircraft is a Tu-154.
Unconfirmed reports also say the aircraft belongs to the defence ministry, flying to Syria’s Latakia province.
