British authorities have launched an investigation after two explosive devices were found inside an abandoned flat in the Harlesden area of London.
It is understood that a crew carrying out refurbishment works at the flat came across the devices and called the police. A block of flats was evacuated as a precaution.
Authorities are said to be ‘keeping an open mind’ as to how and why the explosives found their way to that location.
