The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson remains in hospital this morning is is due to undergo a number of tests in relation to having coronavirus.
It’s understood that 55-yr-old Johnson still has persistent symptoms and went on the advice of his doctor, Downing Street confirmed
A spokesperson for the British PM said he “thanks NHS staff for all of their incredible hard work”.
The spokesman said that Johnson also urged the public to “continue to follow the government’s advice to stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives”.
No further details have been released to the public as to the British Prime Minister’s condition other than he will be undergoing tests on Monday in hospital.
