A bronze statue of the late Terry Wogan has been unveiled in the broadcaster’s hometown of Limerick.
A large crowd gathered to witness the unveiling ceremony in Limerick on Saturday afternoon.
The statue, made by artist Rory Breslin, has been placed on Harvey’s Quay, on the shore of the Shannon River in the city.
Wogan became a freeman of Limerick back in 2007.
The broadcaster passed away in January 2016 at the age of 77.
