Brother Kevin and the Capuchin Centre served out hundreds of Christmas dinners yesterday

Brother Kevin of the Capuchin Centre had recently confirmed that the centre was serving up to 900 meals per day to the homeless community and those in need.

The softly spoken Brother said that this year has seen many more people attending the centre due to the ongoing pandemic.

Meanwhile, it’s understood that Brother Kevin and the Capuchin Centre served out hundreds of Christmas dinners on Christmas Day to the needy.

Brother Kevin said that the centre were giving out food vouchers prior to Christmas Day for the likes of SuperValu to the value of €40 for people to get groceries and necessities for Christmas.

Fondly regarded as practically a living Saint, Brother Kevin is doing great work for the homeless community with many feeling that the government could take a leaf out of his book.
