Investigators suspect that a Canadian woman is responsible for posting letters containing poison ricin to President Donald Trump.
The Independent reports that the FBI is working alongside Canadian police to investigate the potentially lethal letters, which were found in the offsite centre where all White House post is screened for security checks.
Ricin is made from the waste left over from processed castor beans, and can cause organ failure and the collapse of the circulatory system to victims in extreme cases.
