The caretaker Taoiseach Leo Varadkar is pushing the boat out and threatening an all-out crisis if his deal doesn’t get across the line.
Varadkar wants to run an alternating Taoiseach role with Fianna Fail’s Micheal Martin where both will be Taoiseach and Tanaiste during the duration of the government.
Many people are calling it a very seflish move from Varadkar to cling to power, while others are saying that Micheal Martin is willing to destroy Fianna Fail just to become Taoiseach.
