It has been confirmed this morning that Samantha Mc Clorey and her 3-month-old daughter have been found.
Samantha and her baby daughter went missing two days ago around the Cootehill area in Co Cavan, around 5pm on Tuesday.
Samantha left her home on Tuesday with her baby without letting anyone know where she will be going and had not contacted them since.
Even though Samantha’s daughter was also missing, the gardai raised a missing person’s alert as opposed to a Child Rescue Ireland alert. The Child Rescue Ireland is only called upon when a child is in serious risk.
