The manufacturing company, GlaxoSmithKline, is recalling all batches of 330ml MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk in both flavours.
The reason for the recall is the possible crystallization of one of the ingredients, creatine. If consumed in crystalline form, it may lead to choking hazard and damage to the mouth.
The product has also been recalled in the UK.
If you purchased this item, do not use it. Bring it back to the store where you purchased it from for a refund.
