Danish footballer Christian Eriksen has been discharged from hospital following successful heart surgery.
Eriksen who suffered cardiac arrest during Denmark’s Euro 2020 match against Finland last Saturday was discharged on Friday.
Following his release from hospital Eriksen thanked fans for their support and messages.
He added that he has already spoken with his Denmark teammates and he will be cheering them on from his home on Monday when they take on Russia.
