Weather conditions are forecast to remain rather unsettled over the next 48 hours, according to Met Eireann, with cold temperatures and heavy rain predicted.
Today, Wednesday, will be the best day of the lot, with relatively dry weather and bright spells developing in the afternoon. Temperatures will reach 12C in parts.
Thursday will bring patchy rain throughout the morning, becoming heavier and widespread towards the afternoon, with temperatures reaching 13C in some areas.
Friday is forecast to be a rather cold and blustery day, featuring heavy showers and temperatures of just 5-8C. Friday night will be very wet and windy.
