Comedian Arsenio Hall will take Sinead O’Connor to court following the singer’s claims about Prince’s drug use.

The claims come after the Irish singer posted on Facebook accusing the American comic of supplying Prince with drugs.

The suit was filed in Los Angeles on Thursday and the US star is seeking damages of “not less than” $5 million.

“Desperate, attention seeker Sinead O’Connor has maliciously published outlandish defamatory lies about comedian Arsenio Hall, falsely accusing him of supplying illegal ‘hard drugs’ ‘over the decades’ to the recently deceased music artist, Prince, and of spiking her with drugs once years ago,” the lawsuit said.

Sinead also claimed in her Facebook post that Arsenio spiked her with drugs at actor Eddie Murphy’s home a number of years ago.

On top of her claims, the Nothing Compares 2U singer said she reported him to Carver Country Sheriff’s office.
