A justgiving page set up in memory of the Buncrana tragedy victims has smashed its target of €5000.
The justgiving page initially set a target of £5,000 has received almost £48,000, or €60,000, in donations so far.
Additionally, €9,000 was raised in a fundraiser in New York on Thursday night, while a woman in Buncrana has raised just under €20,000 for the victims’ families.
All five were laid to rest together in their native Derry on Thursday.
