The disgraced ex-CEO of charity Console is due in court this morning, as he’s fighting to get his hands on a savings account he shares with his wife.
The account has about €7,000. Access to it was forbidden by the court last week, as it is unclear whether the funds stem from the charity or are Kelly’s own savings.
The case is before the court again today, and it is understood Mr. Kelly will furnish a sworn affidavit explaining where the money came from.
The case continues.
