The true extent of Console’s deception is only beginning to be revealed.
It has emerged this morning that a valuable horse bought for Paul Kelly’s daughter has now misteryously vanished.
The animal, with a value of over €40,000, was allegedly purchased with charity funds. If such allegation is proved, the horse would join the long list of assets acquired by Mr. Kelly and his immediate cadre of family members who personally benefited from the Console war chest.
It is understood that the horse was removed last Thursday by two men posing as Gardai.
Revenue officials have now become involved in the investigation into Console’s allegedly fraudulent operations over the last few years.
