Convicted murdered Graham Dwyer is reportedly planning a second appeal in an attempt to have his conviction overturned.
Mr. Dwyer was convicted of murdering 36-year-old Elaine O’Hara in 2012, and was convicted for the crime in 2015.
The Court of Appeal recently dismissed a recent application to overturn the conviction.
