A Cork building selected to house refugees was reportedly targeted by arsonists overnight.
Three people wearing balaclavas were spotted attempting to start fires at the former Gaelscoil Uí Ríordáin building in Ballincollig.
It is understood that the former school building is currently being refurbished to accommodate refugees.
Gardai are investigating the incident.
