Coronavirus: Aer Lingus supply flight on its way back to Ireland with large quantities of personal protective equipment




The Aer Lingus supply mission aircraft is on its way back to Ireland, carrying large quantities of personal protective equipment (PPE).

The national carrier is flying an Airbus A330 aircraft back and forth to China on behalf of the HSE.

There are now 2,415 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland.
