The British Government is expected to announce a three-week extension of the lockdown measures currently enforced across the country.
The move comes after the UK’s Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, said that a return to normal life ‘will take time.’
No fewer than 12,868 people have so far died from Covid-19-related causes in the UK.
