After much debate earlier in the year, Joan Burton has finally revealed how much it will cost to administer the Water Conservation Grant.
Answering questions, she has now confirmed that it will cost around €6m to manage the payment. That is on top of €`130m set aside for the grant themselves.
It is understood that fifteen staff will be tasked with administering the scheme, and every household will receive letters explaining how they can apply for the grant.
