Airbnb has moved to ban all house parties worldwide following reports of ‘illegal gatherings.’
The company issued a statement to say that it will limit property occupation to 16 people for the foreseeable future, though exceptions might be made for boutique hotels or other such large properties.
A spokesperson added that those found flouting the rules might face legal action.
