Irish health authorities are this evening sounding the alarm about the rapid increase of coronavirus cases involving the Indian variant around Ireland.
It is understood that former Taoiseach appointee and current Tanaiste Leo Varadkar, and Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tony Holohan might call for a ‘slow down’ of the upcoming reopening.
Mr. Holohan recently expressed his outrage at scenes of people enjoying the fine weather in Dublin on Saturday, while Mr. Varadkar chipped in his two cents on the matter also, saying ‘it’s not the kind of scenes we want to see.’
