The Federal Drug Administration (FDA) has given J&J’s single-dose vaccine Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) in the US.
This is the third vaccine to receive EUA in the US.
Use of the vaccine is still pending authorization from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), which is expected to be granted in the coming hours.
