Foreign travel without testing might be allowed ‘in late summer,’ according to Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer.

People would need to be fully vaccinated to travel, however, according to him.

Anyone unvaccinated would still need to produce a negative PCR test.

Mr. Holohan was once again critical of the antigen test kit, favoring instead the much more expensive, profit-making, revenue-producing PCR ones.
