Germany has reintroduced lockdown measures in a number of localities due to a resurgence of Covid-19.
The entire district of Guetersloh is now under lockdown again, affecting around 360,000 people. The measure will remain in place until June 30th at least.
The latest outbreak was detected at a meat processing plant in the town of Rheda-Wiedenbrueck. No fewer than 1,500 workers there have tested positive for the disease.
