Germany is to enter a 4-week lockdown in a desperate attempt to contain the spread of coronavirus.
The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, confirmed the news a short time ago.
Bars, pubs, gyms, and cinemas are all set to close. Restaurants will only serve takeaway food, and hotels will not take tourists.
Schools and creches will remain open.
