The Health Service Executive (HSE) is set to issue over 1.8m sets of vaccine papers in an attempt to speed up access to indoor dining.
It is understood that restaurant staff will be tasked with asking would-be patrons to produce the papers at the door, with failure to produce an official, Government-endorsed document potentially resulting in refused entry.
Meanwhile, most of the civilized world is now able to enjoy the freedom of dining inside their favorite restaurant at any time.
