Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tony Holohan is this evening warning that he’s ‘reviewing’ current pub guidelines amidst a rapidly deteriorating coronavirus situation
The implication is that pubs might not be allowed to reopen on Monday due to the dramatic increase in daily Covid-19 cases.
To compound the problem, 80 people are currently in hospital with severe coronavirus illness, 22 of them in intensive care.
