Irish health authorities have reported just over 10,600 new coronavirus infections over the past 24h.
Official figures say that there have been 10,618 new cases confirmed in that period of time.
There currently are 624 people with severe coronavirus-induced disease across Irish hospitals today. It’s unclear how many of these are ‘fully’ vaccinated.
