Covid-19: Irish health authorities say that there are now over 900 with severe coronavirus-induced disease across Irish hospitals today -unclear how many of these are ‘fully’ vaccinated

Irish health authorities have said today that there are now over 900 with severe coronavirus-induced disease across Irish hospitals today.

It is unclear however how many of these are ‘fully’ vaccinated.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson unwittingly revealed in recent days that up to 90% of people with severe Covid-related disease in Britain’s ICUs are fully vaccinated, so the situation is likely similar here.
