Italy has reported just over 98,000 new coronavirus cases over the last 24h, a national record.
Official figures say that there have been 98,030 new infections confirmed in that period of time.
Supposedly, 75% of Italy is ‘fully’ vaccinated, so it’s unclear when people will realize that vaccination programs are having little to no effect on the pandemic.
