Level 5 lockdown is to stay until March, if not longer, according to Government.
Taoiseach appointee Micheal Martin said today that the current lockdown, which was due to end on January 31, won’t be reviewed for at least four weeks after that, meaning March 1 at the earliest.
Ireland is currently in the grip of a deadly third wave of coronavirus, which has so far caused increased hospitalizations and mortality.
