A new rule to keep meal records for 28 days has been dubbed ‘crazy’ by publicans.
The new law, which seems to have appeared out of the blue, requires that publicans keep accurate records of all the food served in their premises for 28 days.
It is unclear how this latest Government initiative will help in the fight against coronavirus.
