The National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) has said that lockdown restrictions might be necessary ‘until April or May’ if people fail to restrict their movements.

Dr. Mary Favier, a member of NPHET recently said that ‘there is still too much movement.’

Ireland is currently in the grip of a third wave of coronavirus, which has caused a massive spike in infection and death rates.
