The Italian Government has announced that it’s closing all schools and universities until the middle of March, due to the rapid spread of the coronavirus.
Northern Italy is experiencing the worse outbreak outside China, with over 2,500 infections and no fewer than 80 deaths reported so far.
A number of events, including soccer matches, have been cancelled, and landmark monuments have been closed to the public in an effort to contain the spread of the virus.
