The number of patients hospitalized with severe Covid-19-related disease is once again on the rise across Ireland, despite the ‘successful’ vaccination program.
According to official figures, there were 349 people in hospital with serious coronavirus disease this morning, an increase of 16 on yesterday’s figure.
It’s unclear how many of these were fully vaccinated.
