Residents in Scotland will be required to show vaccination papers to gain access to venues such as nightclubs, festivals, and some soccer games from October.
The vote passed 68 to 55.
According to Scotland’s Health Secretary Humza Yousaf, the vaccination papers will “only be used in certain higher risk settings.”
