Former Taoiseach appointee and current Tanaiste Leo Varadkar has said that the Government ‘cannot rule out’ another lockdown down the road, even after the entire country is vaccinated.
Mr. Varadkar said that further lockdowns might be required if new virus waves hit Ireland.
A total of 4,181 people have died from Covid-19-related causes in Ireland thus far.
