Covid-19: There’s now a total of 1,034 confirmed cases of coronavirus on the island of Ireland

The HSE announced on Sunday evening that there was 121 new confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Republic of Ireland.

It brings the total in the Republic of Ireland to 1,034 with the government expecting a 30% increase daily from this week.

There’s 57% of men with coronavirus and 43% of women with the average age being 44.

Meanwhile in the north, there were 20 new confirmed cases today bringing the total in Northern Ireland to 128.

It means that as of Monday morning, there are now 1,034 confirmed cases across the island of Ireland.
