A top doctor has said that people who have already recovered from coronavirus disease should not be vaccinated, to avoid vaccine shortages.
According to Kingston Mills, Professor of Experimental Immunology at Trinity College Dublin, people who have not yet built up antibodies against Covid-19 should be prioritized.
About 0.3% of people in Ireland have been vaccinated so far.
