A top scientist is calling for schools to remain closed throughout January so normality can be restored by St. Patrick’s Day.
According to Professor Anthony Staines, schools should not open until February at the earliest.
Prof. Staines added that a ‘harsh’ lockdown should be imposed across Ireland on December 26th.
