The UK is reporting a record-busting number of daily coronavirus cases, with just over 93,000 new infections confirmed in the last 24h.
Official figures say that there have been 93,045 new cases confirmed in that period of time.
Health authorities have also announced 111 new Covid-19-related deaths.
