The UK has reported the death of five more people from Covid-19-related causes over the last 24h.
A total of 41,628 people have now died from the disease in the UK since the pandemic began.
The situation is quickly spiraling out of control, which has prompted the British Government to introduce new lockdown guidelines from tomorrow in a desperate attempt to control the outbreak.
