The UK has suddenly removed Portugal from its ‘green’ list, meaning that holidaymakers will now need to quarantine for 10 days when they return home.
The change will take effect from Tuesday, June 8th.
Holidaymakers currently in Portugal will now be forced to scramble for flights back before that date.
