The UK’s Chief Medical Officer has said that the pandemic will cause ‘real problems’ by winter.
Professor Chris Whitty added that he’s confident that a vaccine will eventually be found, but this is not likely to happen until the end of 2021 or beyond.
Over 41,000 have died from Covid-19-related causes in the UK so far.
